Bila anda telah memiliki username namun lupa akan password yang dimiliki, maka anda tidak dapat login ke Ciputra.org. Namun website ini telah memiliki mekanisme mudah agar anda dapat kembali login dan memasukkan password baru yang lebih mudah diingat. Berikut langkah-langkah yang harus dijalankan bila lupa password anda.

1. Browsing ke website Ciputra.org, lalu klik link Request New Password pada box User Login.

 


2. Pada halaman User Account, masukkan username atau email address yang anda pakai untuk registrasi

 


3. Cek email anda, buka email dari UCEC. Lalu klik link yang tertera pada email tersebut.

 

4. Link pada email akan membawa anda kembali ke website Ciputra.org. Klik button Log In.

 

5. Setelah berhasil Login, segera ganti password dengan kata sandi yang mudah anda ingat. Tekan button Submit untuk menyimpannya.
